HireClix partnered with Parsons to migrate their costly and difficult-to-manage Symphony career site to the HireClix Career Site platform under a tight 30-day deadline, while also reimagining the experience to be more engaging and user-friendly. Through a comprehensive discovery phase, we introduced strategic enhancements including regionalized content, a unified “One Parsons” brand identity, advanced job search functionality, authentic employee imagery, an interactive map, and a dedicated “Second Chance” page. The redesigned site delivered strong early results, including a 100% increase in Google clicks, a 9% boost in overall engagement, and a 4,500% increase in engagement time on the Second Chance page.
